November 25 is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. To mark the occasion, the President Kaljulaid Foundation has launched the Orange Talks programme to draw attention to the issue of domestic violence and to the solutions for addressing it.
During the 16 Days of Activism, the complexity of domestic violence issue will be explored through unexpected formats in unexpected places. Different forms of expression help us understand how each of us can contribute to preventing violence. One of the main focuses of the initiative is the role of the bystander. This is why we ask: why do we stay silent?
